Oh that's very irritating considering how famous they are O.o
I remember at one point I could not find my favourite song by favourite artist for metal years it started to feel like i had dreamt it up cuz i could quote the whole text. Was infuriating

Okay I can't find it in my collection or online but my best guess is that it's a homage to the mad hatters tea party from Alice in Wonderland

Oh yes that absolutely checks out!
The thing is, as i recall the band had several songs and videos up on YouTube so they were probably at least a little bit renowned in the alt community at the time but since new ai and algorithm etc is not running the interweb, trying to seatch for older videos based on a description is no longer possible.
Silliest thing is, I npt even think I liked the band that much, it just irks me that I can't find it while still being haunted by that tune

I see the problem though, those words are tied to Alice in wonderland, so everyone and grandmother quoted it.

Do you happen to remember any other lyrics op? Or even what ypu think a lyric mightve been? I do want to solve this, just don't know if I can withstand any more generic rock.

There was an artist STARLIT on Myspace when it was good and had a lot of original bands posting unreleased music.

I was looking for it to hear it all again but I can't find it at all..

Really beautiful talented lead singer that should be out there somewhere totally rocking it on the back of her tracks but it all vanished leaving only this trace! A really beautiful straight edge artiste too!

There was a fug-ton of this amazing stuff on early Myspace before Tom sold it and went dark ie vanished not turned into a goth lol! He actually turned into a photographer but whatever!

I heard this on Myspace first as well its really good if corny lol!
