Just deep cleaned the f**k outta my place. Which makes me wonder, who's tidy, and who will admit to being a slob?
I'll step out of that comfort zone first and tell you when I was young, I was not tidy. My bestie, who's cleaned houses professionally most of her young life told me, "You have the second dirtiest room I've ever cleaned." We weren't that old though.
Nowadays I run a tight ship, without being a freak about it.
What say yee?

My wife is so bad at cleaning, I prefer she not even try. Leave it to me and it will get done right the first time. |

In my defense it was my first place, but not hers. I've been on top of things for a long time now. Also, I've always kept common areas clean. It's only fair to everyone else. |

If I weren't a musican, I'd own next to nothing and be happy about it. But, I am a musican so I've almost maxed out a medium 1 bedroom apartment. I have high ceilings, so I have to start working upwards, because I have a lot of gear to set up still. |

@ dumr yep. I've never experienced anyone that dirty. I think he took some kind of punk pride on living gross, not to say all punks are like that, but more then a few punks I knew in the Melbourne punk scene, lived really fifthly lifestyles. I'm like just because you don't agree with that status quo, doesn't mean hygiene & healthy environment isn't a concern, there's a scientific reason behind being clean. 🤷🏻♀️ |

Acting like I was trying to tell him what to do, when finally I was like, this is incompatibility. I can't live like this. I don't think most people could. I think most people would think, this guy is just taking the piss! I wanted a relationship where we were a team. I wasn't his parent or maid. Like I said I worked too, & paid half the bills. I've always been like that. |

@whisper. I had a friend who was pretty much that dirty and I have no idea how his gf dealt with it. They eventually got their own apartment, which wasn't trashed. The house they previously lived in was trashed because it was his dad's, and it was a party house. Don't lift the cup.... you never lift the cup. (That's a story and a half) |
