Given who is pres ATM here and what he's already doing on day one we will soon be getting hit with a LOT of tariffs if not worse from Mexico and Canada so prices are about to shoot through the roof on everything so Id just stay where you are unless you have a lot of money.

Id say you may like Arkansas, it's a Red state mainly Republican. Lots of off grid type. I think it's one of the cheaper states too, if you build your cabin a lot of people suggest pine wood. Id stay far away from blue states. Those are many liberal states

People on the left think everyone is Hitler. First it was Trump now it's Elon? Give me a break. The more you use that word it desensitizes the meaning of who Hitler really was. Elon bought twitter to troll so don't fall for it. I don't like him either but obviously he's just trying to be BFFs with Trump first to get ahead in the tech war. It's an act. Dems and Pubs are actually buddies behind closed doors and the whole goal is to keep us further divided so don't fall for that one either.

Arkansas is a good spot to build a cabin. Low property taxes but high income taxes. Huckabee likes to keep it poor with plenty of tax breaks for the rich but that's the south in general for you. Cost of living is nice tho, 2.72 for gas and groceries are affordable. Locals are really nice and the kind of community that helps you when you're broken down on the side of the road.

He paid for their tow. Because he knew their situation. They were trying to get to my cousin she was air lifted to a couple Towns over to the childrens hospital. 🥺 Good people do exist
