One piece of advice I will give, based on my experience(s) with consistenly poor mental health is this: go offline for a week. Not just off this site, but take time to figure out why you feel the way that you feel. Our phones are distractions from our own well-being, although entertaining. To be frank, Google can't tell you anything about yourself or your feelings, nor can those reddit "Psychologists" tell you anything worth remembering.

Events from 4 years ago haunted me ruthlessly, and continue to do so. I don't sleep so well, these days, but enough about all that.

The advice I am trying to give, above is what I did, and honestly, it worked. The only thing that I missed was music. The internet though... not at all.

we have the same problem my mental health is declining but music has always been my passion so i have a collection of mp3 and mp4 inside my iphone xr

Its a mixed age alt and goth and rock scene for those in it

thats because it has been going for decades and the singles and looking wash up on this beach of despair looking for connection
