I am here to find others of like mind to talk to.
The following is not to try to garner sympathy but just to give anyone reading this an idea of what I've been through and where I'm coming from. In Dec. 2009, I had to have part of my left foot removed due to an infection that got into the bones, I have no balance with my left foot now and have to walk with a cane. This severely limited my ability to find work and I fell into depression due to it. I have income again and it is helping me pull out of this depression.
Now I'm trying to get back into having a social life and meeting new people, finding friends would be good. Also would like to possibly find a goth/alt girl to be more than friends with.
(Edit: I have realized that I'm still a bit affected by the depression I've been in and have some behaviors that I'm trying to work out, I am having a little trouble approaching people, I feel awkward about messaging people, like I just can't find the right words to say, so if I've checked out your profile but didn't say anything it's most likely due to my own uncertainties.)
I am photosensitive, I can not be in direct sunlight uncovered for more than an hour or so, the sunlight gives me second and third degree burns. It's ok though, I like the night time anyway.
I have three cats right now, but have developed an allergy to them, so I am not getting any more cats and will keep my three until they die, or if this allergy gets too bad to use medications to deal with it, I hope it's the former though.
I like model railroading, putting together model cars, ships and starships.
I like to read and watch TV. I love to play video games.
I love all kinds of rock music, techno, house, industrial, hard, classic, it's all great to me, I also like classical and opera at times.
Anything you want to know about me, just message me and ask, I promise to answer any questions openly and honestly.
I live in a little town in Southern California called Banning, for those that don't know where it is, it's about 25 miles west of Palm Springs, 75 miles east of L.A.
