As for me, I am an American university instructor/researcher/doctoral candidate living in Finland. In every area of life, I welcome adventure and the extreme: Caving, climbing, composing/performing music, exploring, hiking, reading, and whitewater rafting are some activities I enjoy most. Ultimately, all I do is intended to glorify God. I am both a Christian esotericist and a medieval futurist, so naturally basically everything I do and say have many layers of depth and thought behind them. I am fighting a losing battle to reawaken romance and chivalry among the zombified barbarians overtaking civilization in postmodernity, and it is a rewarding, noble battle indeed, yet very disheartening, so I still do really appreciate manners in return more than can be expressed in words.
I am interested in discussions, debates, ideas, and music.
