I have been "alt" for pretty much all my life, I started off with the whole goth boy thing as a teen, blackclothes big new rock boots leather ect. then I went emo for a while when I was in college, and now I have gone to a more steampunk style! Pretty much I wear what I want when I feel like it. I am a trainee counsellor and could possibly be an "activities co-ordinator for teens" at my local multi cultural centre which will be interesting!

Music : Rammstein, BFMV, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, Less than Jake, Drowning Pool, NIN, Incubus, Blue October, Tool, Opeth, Kamelot, Linkin Park, Deftones, Ravi Shankar, Ludovico Einaudi, anything from Les' Mis, The Beatles, Classical music and on and on... I like anything with a good melody or beat, but I prefer if the lyrics have a good meaning.
Films : Queen of the Damned, Interview with a Vampire, Les Miserable, Hellboy 1 & 2, LOTRTrilogy and The hobbit, 13th Warrior, Phillidelphia, Blade trinity, All the Resident Evil films, Jurassic Park 1 and 3 the less said about 2 the better... I like to pretend that didn't happen... I pretty much love fantasy and will do sci fi too...
TV: Red Dwarf, Babylon 5, Dexter, CSI erm whichever one is on... Criminal Minds, Blackadder, Are You Being Served, Dinner Ladies, 'Allo 'Allo, Dog the Bounty Hunter (for the lol's) and documentaries on all sorts of subjects
Sadly I don't have a long list of books, it's not that I don't like reading it's just it takes a lot for me to get into a book, I have read Phillip Pulman's dark materials, the Harry Potter books (when I was a kid) and a few Diskworld books but a prefer to write poetry or fantasy novels.
Other interests: Art, I love drawing painting and making strange sculptures out of junk... I like to play games, not too bad at rock band, have played bioshock 1&2, fallout (most of them), Farcry 3, half life and half life 2, portal 1 and 2, Mass Effect 1 2 and 3... a few others, I mostly enjoy watching others play games.
What am I looking for on this site? I guess a nice girl who likes me and is pretty and smart would be nice, failing that just to meet like minded people and make new friends would be good
If I am honest my perfect girl would be a pretty fun oriental girl who liked anime and dogs and wouldn't laugh at my attempts to draw!
