I have just got out of a long term relationship and am mainly looking for someone to hang out with and see if it goes anywhere in the future. I just got back from living in Asia so I have been out of the loop gig/music wise, and want to get back in. I love traveling and have so far lived in four countries, Korea being the latest.
My two big loves are music and science. I love going to gigs/festivals and just hanging out with my friends. Favourite bands, in no particular order, include Glassjaw, Smashing pumpkins, Poison the Well, Skindred, Coheed and Cambria, In Flames, At the drive in, mad capsule markets etc. New bands that are currently in my playlist include Kevelertak, Make do and Mend, Straight Lines and Defeater.
On the science side, I am very lucky to have landed a job as a global process chemist for a global company. It is stressful, but I get to play with giant, dangerous machines every day which is fun.
