A bit of a hippy, a bit of a goth, a bit of a glamour puss. Love going out, travelling, seeking out interesting and alternative things to do. Prefer to travel light and just throw a few things in a bag and go. Not interested in expensive holidays, more interested in seeing and experiencing things. I've lived in a few different countries and love to just hop on the Eurotunnel/Eurostar for a day or weekend trip somewhere; not always a very well planned one but always an enjoyable one.
Love loud music of all types and going to alternative clubs. A bit of a night owl but can be tamed to get up early if necessary. Can be outspoken but generally kind and thoughtful. Strong willed, impulsive (but not stupidly so), chilled and inquisitive. Love to set the world to rights and love to care for people. Look past the fiery, strong exterior and you'll find a gentle, loving heart inside.
At peace in the countryside, walking by running water, or in forests and woodlands. Love following the wheel of the year, conversely I also love the city at night.
Creative and practical and never afraid to try new experiences. Very much 'can do' rather than 'can't do' - there is always a way.
I've lived a long, exciting and interesting life and intend continuing to do so. I've worked every job from 'high flying, in control' ones to being a trained healer. These days I do arty stuff.
Looking for someone who refuses to conform to the norm and loves to have fun on an impulse....but is also happy to chill out talking long into the night or watching movies. I don't watch TV but do like the occasional film. Maybe in time a long term relationship but prefer to take things very slowly and start with friendship. I have grown kids who have families of their own. Not looking for someone to keep me financially but also not looking to support someone who doesn't support themselves.
