I'm really looking to meet a similar darkling to myself, with a possibly creative mind, curious spirit and thirst for knowledge. I adore discovering new things and so I don't really mind what interests you so long as there's something! The best conversations in life are the bizarre ones so I encourage all levels of the weird and wondrous
Regarding myself, I'm a fairly quiet person around those who don't know me but like most fellow alternatives, I have a pretty dark sense of humour. I laugh too much when I'm nervous. Music is very important to me and I listen to everything from black metal to classical to jazz to folk, and particularly when painting I use music to amplify the creative side of myself, so variety always yields more interesting results!
When I'm not painting, I also enjoy exploring new (or historical) places, walks in the wilderness, reading, doing crochet, listening to podcasts, playing board games, watching documentaries/films/TV, etc.
I do also partake in the odd spree of PC gaming, but I get easily addicted so it's always a risky business! Still, I'm not opposed to living a semi-digital life with someone
I live a fully vegan lifestyle, however, I respect others' life choices, so will never impose my beliefs upon someone else! On the subject of faith, I'm a total atheist although I'd love to believe that magic exists in some form, there's a definite spiritual creature clawing awkwardly around in me somewhere
Honesty is one of the most essential things I love and live by, and so in keeping with that I will say that I'm hoping to find a long-term relationship, ideally someone to enjoy an odd little existence with in a creepy but beautiful house! Equally as important, I do really want to have a family of my own - not at this point now or in the near future (there are many more adventures to be had first!!), but at some point in life I look forward to raising some little monsters of my own! That would mean the underworld to me
