What to say? I'm Sam, a 27 year old, Pagan father to one awesome little boy, with a deep rooted passion for music. Oh. And just a touch of madness.
I'm a nerd. Subjects of special interest include but not limited to; Tolkien, Pratchett, World mythology and folklore (Especially Norse and Shinto), Sciences and all sorts of music/nature trivia.
I guess most people would see me as a long haired punk, but my taste in music is much broader than just punk.
I enjoy everything from Ray Charles to Rammstein to Jeff Beck to The Wailers.
But if I had to pick one type of music it'd be the blues.
I studied Animal Management at college, and have previously been a Falconer.
Whilst I don't work with animals currently, I am still very much an animal man, with a pet Conure and an Axolotl.
I used to be artistic, but somehow lost my spark years ago and haven't been able to sit down and create since. Though I still appreciate art as an artist.
I love tattoo. I have currently got a fair bit of Japanese style work, but intend for much more.
I love to sing my blues away, and in recent years, I have also developed a taste for spontaneously writing poetry.
I have a bleeding heart and I wear it on my sleeve.
After a very difficult breakdown of a longterm relationship, I had to take time out to recuperate... Two years down the line and I'm ready to move onto the next chapter of my life.
Now I'm hoping to find a like minded lunatic to make some happy memories with.
