I have dreads (yes they're real) I have piercings and tats.
I'm Managing Editor of NZ Live Entertainment Magazine, freelance music journalist and also work part time for a tax consultant company.
Music is my passion and my world, if music was food, I'd devour it and probably be really fat, the amount of calories in an album would be mind blowing i'm sure.
I'm a huge grunge fan but music tastes also range from Classic rock, Blues, Stoner, Alt rock, Heavy Metal..
I'm really into discovering unsigned bands and the beauty of finding them is getting given a lot of e.p's and albums to review.
I'm stubborn and articulate, am very mellow,random and outgoing, but can be quiet. I love to read and write, take photos and go to gigs.
I've lived in the UK twice and moved around a bit (Southampton, Chichester, Brighton) travelling more is on my agenda in the near future.
I enjoy random walks,working out, cooking and baking, catching up with mates over beer or coffee, watching movies- horror and comedy, smoking the green, going to gigs, interviewing/photographing bands/artists, writing reviews, talking incessantly about music and funny s***
Relaxing, watching TV, thinking about the future,corsets, traveling, laughing and smiling, getting pierced and tattooed, doing dreadlock maintenance, sleeping and eating food that disgusts other people like green olives, gherkins, mussels, asparagus and spinach to name a few.
I'm not a fan of the skin you find on soup when you leave it too long, ignorance, arrogance, shallow people and those who write in 'text' speak and think you will still want to talk to them. No, its not cool, its lazy, where's your education?
