Hey I'm Marcus. I'm a Phd student at the University of York studying Politics, Economics and Philosophy. I moved to York ten years ago for University and have been here ever since. I really like cats but let's face it, it's not quite as good as having a girlfriend so I'm making this profile. I'enjoy a nice mix of social stuff and quiet downtime, I do a bunch of things like LARP and tabletop roleplaying games.boardgames etc. I also like to spend some of my time reading and playing video games at home when I'm not working. I'd like to meet someone who shares a few of my interests so here is some stuff I like:
Roleplaying games (both tabletop and LARP), videogames (RPGs for the most part, so Skyrim, Baldur's Gate, Dragon Age, Mass Effect etc.) , cats, rock/metal music, reading (Fantasy & Sci-Fi - George RR Martin, Robin Hobb and Brandon Sanderson to name a few)
I'd like to meet the sort of person who can make me laugh and shares some of my hobbies and is equally good with fun times out and about and evenings in with a good meal (don't worry, I can cook) and a movie. Oh and in the interest of full disclosure I have a soft spot for redheads.
