When we judge a book by it's cover, we do the author a tremendous disservice.
Our strict convictions and precepts allow little to be discussed with others who can offer much.
Some things don't change, that's nature and we should enjoy that fact. Some things do change, so let them and live life.
Living in an interesting time where we have the ability to connect so many, let limited connection to an organic approach to meeting forward thinkers.
Though we have much in common with one another, some have lifestyles that are outside of that which is considered "normal":
They have some form of "OCD", yet find it comforting.
They don't prefer large crowds, yet enjoy being a wallflower.
They know that time is better enjoyed with others, yet yearn for time alone to reflect and decompress.
They understand the concept of "the weekend", yet don't look forward to it.
They can appreciate the immediate satisfaction of "having it now", yet wholly embrace patience as the virtue it is.
They know how enjoy all forms of entertainment, yet don' let it absorb them into fanaticism.
They hear the words being said and nod, yet know the truth.
They are friendly and courteous, yet discern carefully and detach accordingly.
I'm not full of statements or think what I have to say is sooo important to listen to. I'm actually a 12-year-old goofball waiting for his turn to the bathroom at the movie theater going to see Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the first time. Who would rather snicker at the loud fart the dude across the room just ripped. : p
I assure you I am not fake, please do not be unless you want to hear sounds of silence...
I love conversation. I love even more to listen and take in what others have to share.
