"The Earth is undeniably more important than any of her individual inhabitants but I'd also like to add that there is no real distinction to be made between the "inhabitants" of Earth and "Mother Nature" herself. We are all part of the same living organism and, given that, we can either be the cancer that destroys it or the lifeblood that sustains this beautiful blue-green space orb. I'm for the latter." - Me, from a recent discussion on the importance of man v. Earth.
It probably seems weird to lead with that on a dating site but if you're of the "Earth is our bounty, let's do what we want camp" I wouldn't bother. I'm not a nature but it's been on my mind recently.
And now for the...normal stuff?
I'm a romantic, but not the kind you're thinking of. I'm, sarcastic, and thoughtful, and a hoard of other traits including "doesn't like to talk about himself to people who haven't shown an interest." I know, catch 22.
I'm eclectic in what I enjoy but I'm always open to new experiences. In a single word I'd call myself eccentric. I've studied literature, accounting, music, philosophy, writing and more. Learning, understanding, experiencing...that's the beauty of life.
I drink, I smoke (though I'm trying to quit), I enjoy bars, music, movies, books, concerts, and conversation. I'm really open to anything that captures my attention.
I'm always open to change and I think I live for it. In fact, I can't live without change; Stagnation is the enemy. And that mentality is why I've always been willing to make compromises if someone is willing to meet me halfway.
