Although it takes time for me to get comfortable with people, once I do I am an incredibly loyal friend. While I am highly unconventional and perhaps even somewhat bizarre, no one is ever bored in my company. People who know me often suggest that I lack moral values. The truth is not that I don't have morals, but that they differ from the norm. I fully embrace my dark side. I believe that most things are not as simple as black and white, right and wrong, good and evil. Everyone is made of both. If there is one thing that is truly wrong, it is refusing to learn, achieve, and grow--clinging to ignorance. I consider myself a spiritual person, but I'm against organized religion. Art is very important to me. I also love animals, particulary snakes and spiders. I feel that they are as misunderstood as I am. I am definitely a loner, and my independence is very important to me. I often gravitate towards older friends and/or lovers, because I don't get along with people my own age. I feel that, for the most part, I am far beyond my years in maturity and intellect. I'm training to be a professional boxer/kickboxer, which keeps me quite busy (not to mention exhausted), but I make time for other things if I feel they're important. As far as relationships go, I'm in no hurry to rush into one. I suppose what I'm really looking for at this point in my life is a connection. It's very rare for me to meet people that can relate to me and vice versa. One thing is for certain: I'm not for the faint of heart.
