University Student, Looking for Friendship or a Casual Relationship (if anything else builds beyond then great, but not expecting it to do so). On the Coventry/Warwickshire border.
Not looking for a long distance pen-friend, it never seems to work beyond a couple of months.
Big fan of a the Big Bang Theory, Suits, Game of Thrones, Sherlock (and a few other detective shows), and others.
For Films, I love a good thriller that makes you think: Inception, The Illusionist, Shutter Island, etc etc. Want to see 'Now You See Me' when it comes out this summer. In addition, I watch loads of other genres (romcoms, comedies, action, adventure, sci-fi, fantasy), but definitely am not a fan of horror.
For food, I enjoy most 'cheap food' which works well on a student budget. I usually eat pasta as one meal each day! I do like the more expensive options, but would rather spend my money elsewhere. I enjoy Baking, often with friends, and after a wave of exams at the start of June I'm going start being more adventurous with the cooking as well.
I don't do sports that often, but do enjoy playing them socially. Football is always good, but I'm far better at table tennis and badminton. I go through phases of jogging as well, often determined by weather and workload.
Quite a broad music taste - variety is key for me. From 'classical' (although more specifically romantic & contemporary periods if you know your composers) to indie rock, pop, heavy rock/metal (but not too heavy metal), RnB, and I'd say 'Grime' without completely knowing what it is!
I play Piano and Trombone to a good level, but am not currently a member of any bands/orchestras, other than for a backing band (on trombone) with a singer. We have some gigs coming up soon, but its informal and only going to last for about a month or so. Most songs are from the 70s-90s, and I've honestly never heard of them before!
I should also just say I'm not a fan of clubbing. I gave up drinking about a month as go as well, and the only difference that its made is having more savings (and admittedly more banter!) But wouldn't be against starting in the indefinite future.
If you want to get to know me, then start a conversation online first, or email me at icecreamhere@outlook.com if I've been offline for a while.
PS
...And that reminds me, I do enjoy sharing a tub of ice-cream with people!
