Oh geez here we go. Let's start with the basics. My name is Jessie. I am a bibliophile to the extreme and have a slight book-buying addiction. I have been a vegetarian for about five years and love pretty much all animals. It is kinda my dream to have a pet mini pig some day soon.
As much as I hate this term, I am new age-y. I read tarot, runes, oracles and palms. I practice reflexology and yoga.
I work... a lot. I nanny from 7am to 2pm and then am a barista from 3pm to 10pm.
In my free time, I tend to be at bookstores and coffee shops. Sometimes I go out to eat or to the movies. I do most of these things alone. I am extremely independent and enjoy my own company.
Musically, my tastes are eclectic. My two favorite bands are La Dispute and The Gaslight Anthem. That being said... you put on a radio... I probably know 90% of the songs that come on. So long as it isn't house/techno crap... I wont complain.
I love movies. I refuse to watch anything with gore though. Favorite include (but are not limited to): Dedication, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Girl With A Pearl Earring, North & South and Domino.
I dunno what else. I love fairy tales and disney movies. I am full to the brim with useless (and sometimes useful) knowledge. I can be too blunt. And, oh, ha how did I not open with this? I am incredibly, painfully shy. While working in the service industry is helping me out of my shell... I still tend to be very quiet and get a bit anxious in a lot of social situations.
