I'm open minded about you as long as you understand that I've never had a girlfriend and have been on my own a long long time.and it might affect how I interact with you.
But if you'll have me I'll love you and look after you and treasure you. I'll never cheat on you or lie to you. I'll never hurt you or coerce you like some people do.
