Never know what to write on these things. Haven't dated since I was about 35 a long time I know had to retreat back to the basics growing my own fruit, vegetables and herbs what can I say other than I come from a line of Scottish / Norse. Enjoy time spent in nature camping and practicing survival skills. My music will tell you more about me than I ever will and without it life seriously wouldn't be worth living. The whole universe is made up of sound and vibration and the strongest power is that of love took me a long time and a battered and bruised heart to discover that it was a hard lesson learnt. I am a bit of a kitchen warlock with my natural remedies and healthy food. I enjoy traveling have been to the isle of man a few times. Love cosy nights in with the candles on and a good horror film. Work out from time to time to stay in shape not one for the gym though I prefer the ancient way of Calisthenics. Meditate, stretch and massage of a morning and evening to stay flexible I believe the older we get the more important it is without our health we cannot pursue our goals or help others to achieve theirs.
