Hey there! I'm Sergiu, a Metal head and outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in the simple pleasures—be it sailing on serene waters or firing up a BBQ under the open sky. By day, I navigate the world of management as a homeless charity manager, study my PhD in Social Enterprises and sometimes I share my insights teaching management at uni.
