I've been through a lot of difficulties and stressful situations in my lifetime, some resolved, others still ongoing but hey, I just keep "kicking against the pricks!" What's the alternative (giving up)? Hardly likely in my case, as I am a stubborn, feisty old bugger! I'm like Marmite you either "love me or hate me" but I'm indifferent to the haters and naysayers as I’ve had enough of toxic twunts to last a lifetime.
