Favourite bands (in no particular order) - Animal Alpha, Rob Zombie, Therapy?, The Wildhearts, Soundgarden, Strapping Young Lad, Kyuss and many more obscure loud people (any Boris fans out there?).
I don't have a television that picks up TV channels, so if you've seen something cool on TV since Red Dwarf was on the BBC then I'm unlikely to know what you're talking about. I do read an obscene amount, and sometimes think (mistakenly) that this makes me an expert on things. It doesn't, but please try to humour me...
I'm looking to meet someone with a great sense of humour who is as passionate about life and art as I am. Please note that I said PASSIONATE and not SHORT TEMPERED. There is a difference

I really want someone who is optimistic about life. I already have far too many people in my life telling me that they are too old, or that they don't have the time and energy to do things. Sure, there's a lot of bad stuff in the world. But I want to meet more people who are enthusiastic about the things they have, who really love life and want to spend their time living it.
I've got a pretty twisted sense of humour, and I'm always up for trying something new. My only rule is that if you send me a message (and please do!) you have to possess a half decent grasp on the English language. If you don't take time to write it properly, I won't take the time to read it.
