I'm a 30 year old vegetarian rocker with a brain. Whisky and red wine drinker.
I work for a small charity that preserves trees and green spaces - I really enjoy my job and feel very lucky to work in such a great environment!
I am fanatical about music: I play the guitar and am in a couple of bands. I have been very lucky to tour and play gigs in the UK and Europe. I love rock, metal, blues, jazz and classical, and am getting into dance and early hip-hop too. I'm a bit of a goth, so post-punk and gothic rock are musts in my house haha! Gigs are a huge part of my life, so I would love to find someone to go with - not this year, obviously.
I dress like it's 1987 and yes, my hair is 100% real!
Other than music, I love to read - anything really, but I am currently working my way through the Penguin Classics and Modern Classics series - and am a big watcher of films. I adore film noir (The Third Man; Casablanca), Psych-horror, thrillers, selected sci-fi, comedy and Disney. Harry Potter, a resounding YES; Fantastic Beasts, not so much!
I love to draw (have a gander at my Insta for proof: @JCridford), and love taking a turn round a gallery.
Love a history documentary and also gravitate to historical places when I visit new countries.
I walk a lot, and love being outdoors (yes, even in the winter!).
