**Thanks for stopping by! My dance card is full for the foreseeable -- being engaged in polyamorous relationships, including and especially with the wonderful BEN who I met on this site (thank you AS!). I am therefore taking a pause from AS but wish you well in your search friendship, companionship, love, or what have you! xx**
I am a passionate, genuine, kind, affectionate, and loving person looking for an energetic, open, honest, respectful, patient, and fun-loving Gothic man to share common interests and passions. Fitness is important. I am interested in a long-term relationship, but something fun and light could be a good thing, too. I am also exploring poly.
Although a relative newcomer to it, I am passionate about the Goth scene, and into metal as well. I soooo can't wait to get back to clubbing, live gigs, and festivals. I always up for a cyber bounce in the meanwhile.
As for a few more details: I grew up in the states but have been living in north London for the past 19 years, and am now based in the greater London area. I work at a university in central London. I love travel and adventure, the great outdoors and camping, reading, music, long distance running, archaeology, star gazing, good food, real ales and single malts, and watching films cuddled up on the sofa. My favourite holiday is Halloween and season is autumn. There is something dark, mysterious, and beautiful about the world in decline — perhaps why my interests tend towards history, with a particular fascination with the ancient past. I enjoy having long chats about the big questions and silly stuff, too. I am always open to new ideas and perspectives. I love to laugh and need more of it, especially during these trying times. I am a super affectionate person. I love hugs, cuddles, holding hands, and cosy togetherness. Also, if you have long hair, I will gladly brush it for hours.
A couple of strange or unusual things about me: Watching spacecraft launch, dock, or land makes me cry. I was a member of the Scarlet and Black Highlanders bagpipe band. We were based in Utah. (Whaaat? Yeah - I know.). It was a childhood dream to become an Egyptologist -- and so I am! About one hour after purchasing Pechkeks Misfortune Cookies in the KaDeWe in Berlin, I almost found myself under the wheels of the lorry that hit the Breitscheidplatz Christmas market. Life is not a dress rehearsal (#LINADR). I am all about carpe-ing the diems!
If anything you see here interests you, do drop me a line and tell me more about yourself. (If you don't give me much to go on, I probably won't reply. #LINADR)
