Hi there, I'm a serious lover of 80's/early 90's heavy metal/rock. I have one tattoo and planning on getting a few more. My hobbies include: console gaming, photography, art (mostly drawing & sketching but I do a little digital art as well), literature (both reading and writing), music (both creating and listening), helping out with local charity work and hanging out with mates. My mates are very important to me and I class some of my oldest and closest friends as family. I'm an animal lover and am gentle towards most of our furry friends but have a real soft spot for man's best friend, dogs.
I am a bit old fashioned when it comes to the way I am towards women and I beleive that being a gentleman is just something you do. I am funny, but can have my serious moments, thoughtful and considerate and very loving.
Some of the bands I like: Bon Jovi, Iron Maiden, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Poets of the Fall, Sixx: AM, Queen, Def Leppard, Steel Panther & Chickenfoot. My taste of music isn't limited by genre and have been known to like a little of everything from Ragtime Jazz to Pop.
Some of the Films I like: I'm a huge fan of horror titles like the Nightmare on Elm St collection (although I thought the remake was crap), the Friday the 13th series, the Hellraiser films, Hot Shots (1+2), any Leslie Nielson (especially the Naked Gun trilogy), The Crow, any film made from a comic-book/graphic novel and almost any anime.
Some of the books I like: Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles (Interview with the Vampire etc.), Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, any books on the paranormal/supernatural/cryptozoology/astrobiology and comic-books/graphic novels (horrors are my favourites).
Some of the TV I watch: the Seth Macfarlane trilogy (Family Guy, American Dad & The Cleveland Show), Supernatural, Black Books, Bottom, The Young Ones, South Park & any good documentary.
My ideal companion would be a little alternative, like me, but not necessarily have the same interests as me. She would be intelligent, or at least be able to hold her own in a conversation. Everything else is not important. We'll see if there's a spark!
