~!!~ I'm not sure whether there are such people here, I guess there may be, although not many, but anyway, if you are interested in self-studying mathematics or philosophy, then maybe if we are interested in the same topics, we could do that together! I am mostly interested in the nature of things (what is really the subject matter of ethics? what do we really mean by love, respect etc? how do we come up with ideas, for example in math? what is a number?), so I am currently investigating metaethics, but I plan to eventually go into epistemology, metaphysics, history and philosophy of maths... Apart from that, when it comes to math (yep, I know, a pretty bad word, but hard to come up with a better one), I am mostly into number theory, real analysis and probability currently, and I plan to also relearn linear algebra from "Linear Algebra Done Right" by Axler, but I would probably gladly study any topic if I find time and if I possess all needed prerequisites. ~!!~
And I am not sure how it sounds, so I must say that I am by no means an expert in any of those fields, I've just thought about them on my own and recently has started to go deeper into them. Out of the things I mentioned above, I would say that I only know elementary number theory (up to quadratic residues) and real analysis (eps-delta limits, continuity, differentiability, Darboux integrals, convergence of series, sequences, Taylor polynomial and that's it basically). And even for those fields I wouldn't say that I am an expert, now it seems like I know nothing, but that is definitely not the case, I have kinda vague understanding of most things I mentioned, but no deep knowledge. But what is deep knowledge after all? Anyway, if you are interested in such things, feel free to hit me up.
