Self awareness only comes out to the user willing to look at themselves as a blank slate. Some people learn what self awareness is. Some people can't see beyond themselves. Some take longer than others. Self awareness can't forced learned. You can be guided but that's up to you to see what you can spiritual and intuitive see about yourself. Not everyone has that knack of ability. However that goes with some people only have limited intuitive and spiritual range. You see self awareness and spirituality is like teaching someone how to paint or draw. Some might get the knack of that right away. Some won't be able to gather the full extent. Some don't care. Chronic pain sufferer and emotional and physical pain and that makes my pain amplify and I've zero pain tolerance. I've leg pain in my left leg and my ankles and my face and teeth. My pain flares up randomly I can go several months without a flair up and sometimes I can have solid pain for over a week before the symptoms go away for awhile.
