My name is Devon, I am a twenty three year old musician. Or at least I like to think so. I play a few different instruments. At this point in my life, I'm working hard at maintaining the lifestyle I love so much. I'm writing and playing music everyday, if for no one else but myself right now. I'm networking as much as possible, to meet people with the same interests, and its become a really beautiful experience. I'm also a writer, whether it be writing Music, Lyrics, or Poetry, I put my heart and soul into it, and it is the ultimate way to express myself. I can't picture my life without performing, and recording music, because it is a part of me. That being said, Music and art are pretty much part of my genetic makeup, haha and I couldnt live without it. I don't like what I see in the world today. Too many people putting so much effort and faith into things that they don't fully understand. When believing in yourself, and those around you will get you so much further. I believe that there is good in every person, but whether you choose to be one is up to you. I believe that people should chase there dreams, and put their hearts and souls into what they want to accomplish, and they truly will. Never give up on your dreams, and they won't give up on you, because they are attainable with effort, hard work, and most of all, belief in yourself. I have had trouble in the past with spreading myself too thin amongst many different people/friends, and because of this I have learned to keep only my best friends who I'd trust with my life around and as a result I don't have many friends, but the ones I do I am grateful for everyday. I'd do anything for them, but I'm always open for meeting new ones. I value people who are genuine and original, because thats hard to find these days. Never judge people by what others say, take the time to form your own opinion, and your more often than not, pleasantly surprised. I'm looking to move to Williamsburg Brooklyn or into the Village in the upcoming months. I spend my freetime in the city, so keep your eyes open for me. At the base of it all I'm just a gargantuan nerd looking to make his mark in this world.....if you made it through this and wanna talk.....message me! Let's talk it up
