Been there, done it, bought the tshirt (probably off a bootlegger outside!). Spent way too many years with people on different wave lengths and into different things, so now looking for someone that shares some of my musical tastes and general outlook on things.
Got 2 kids, who live with me half the week so I have responsibilities but the rest of the week is my own. Have played in bands since I was 13 or 14 and still do! Currently playing bass in a Manchester based punk band although guitar is my usual weapon of choice. Love going to gigs and festivals but a bit fed up of going on my own, so even a gig buddy would be nice.
I'm an intelligent, humorous and sarcastic guy. Love history almost as much as records and guitars and I can't get enough of all three! Don't have tattoos, piercings or a mohican but then neither did any of the best punk bands. That said I do like all of those things so it's no barrier.
The bands list is only a loose guide as I realised very quickly that lots of my favourite bands aren't available as an option to list! Broadly punk but a bit of metal and rock too and a fair bit of hippy 60s and 70s stuff gets in there too.
Never been on one of these sites before so no doubt I'll change this profile when I realise all the amateur mistakes I'm making but until then this will have to do....
