I'm a bit of a mad social scientist, a musician, and aficionado of most things strange and unusual. I can talk for hours about sociology, philosophy, music, film, and other assorted forms of geekery.
While I have a hefty appreciation of just about all forms of music, my listening tastes lean most heavily in the direction of metal, goth/post-punk, and industrial. My tastes in film/TV are pretty far-ranging as well, but I have a particular love of dark comedy, surreal imagery, and artfully-choreographed violence.
