I grew up in the Burbs of Chicago skate boarding and going to punk shows ever since a friend of mine who had moved out of town got into Skating. We'd hit local shows in people's garage's or basements. Make pilgrimages to Chicago and hit Belmont, buy combat boots and green jackets. Graduated high school and hit college and moved around. I outgrew the dressing but not the feeling, the love for the music and the people. It was always interesting being the black guy in the group cuz you never knew how people would react to you skanking at a ska show or throwing elbows at a punk show. It's a lot different now though there are brothers everywhere. I'm hear to meet like minded people, and especially to meet some sweet ladies! What's up I'm leron101!
