How to describe myself? Well, I see myself as a creative, passionate, fun person of the "Gothic Persuasion". I love obscure film, music, art and am educated. I have a dark sense of style and humor yet I don't take myself too seriously and a hopeless romantic... I enjoy concerts, nightclubs, visiting places I have never been to and so many other interests. Like most of us on here, I am looking for friendship first, of course with the hope that with the right person would it will eventually turn into more... I live in America, but I would be willing to relocate across the world for that very special someone, after spending some quality time of course getting to know them first!
Sadly, I do not have any children, I once was truly blessed with an amazing son named Julien, however he passed away from this world ten years ago in 2007 at just 13... I am revealing this as I have included photos of him in my profile as he still is and always will be big part of who made me who I am today, and even through the hurt of such a tremendous loss he brought out the best in me, and taught me so much in such a short time. I will always miss him, however, over the years I have learned to except and cope with his loss and to try every day to make us both proud and to honor his memory by celebrating the life and joy he gave to me, as I know he would have wanted. So, if 'Mr. Alternative Right' (lol) happens to have a kid, or 'kids' for that matter, it is not a "deal breaker" for me, as I know from personal experience, children are a blessing and can be a lot of fun.
So, there is a bit about me.
Who am I seeking? I am seeking a fun yet responsible, hopefully handsome, and intelligent man who is a true romantic at heart who also enjoys the alternative lifestyle, you don't have to be decked out in Goth/Punk fashion, but taking some pride in how you look can go a long way in making my heart flutter - at least to some degree.
I always have had a soft spot for men who make the most of their features regardless of their age I'll admit. And someone who can make me laugh and smile, and truly bring joy to my life again and of course to hopefully share my life with someday...
I know my other half is out there, we just haven't met yet, unless maybe we have?
I am just as happy with finding that special someone who may not have children, nor wish to have any - just someone like myself who simply wishes to find that unique woman to love, have fun and perhaps see the world together, ! and I wonder if you are somewhere out there? Or better yet on here! lol! Well, it is very late so I suppose I will finish this off later...
