I like to think that vintage is somewhat pretty goth. Even though there's tons of magazines and recounts of every day life from those times I feel like the earlier decades are truly lost to us. Romanticizing other eras is nothing new, every decade prior people did the same thing. As much as I love aesthetics of the past it's wonderful to be able to choose what you listen to, what you wear, what you study, watch you watch...etc. I also like video games so I'm not complaining about being around at this moment in time!
