I'm easy going,(unless provoked), mature (also like to have a laugh now and then). Responsible, caring, *need some one with common interests*. Will talk to anyone from any walk of life if I think they are cool. Like cuddling up on couch with partner and just talking, even walks on the beach too lol. Like socializing in pubs- at gigs, but too damn noisy to have a conversation most the time. Like going to support local mates bands, and even dancing a little if I've had a few. I usually just drink socially to have fun with mates at gigs etc. Don't smoke, if anyone is around at my flat gotta smoke on the balcony. I won't winge about it outdoors though. Unless you are blowing smoke in my face while we are eating lol. I don't do drugs anymore either. Unless your a best friend, don't wanna know about it around me, do your thing but I wont partake.
Love music and sub culture esp early punk rock - oi, been into Perth scene since 204. Been into various punk scenes since 87'. Spent about 5 yrs in Uk. Have a few stories to tell. Play bass, have a band, made a few songs, band on hiatus right now, currently trying to bring it back together with new line up. Last bass player moved to Melbourne. Have a few friends in Melbourne.
Worked in hospitality over 11 yrs, currently trying to change career into animal care. Love animals - dogs. Did volunteer work at NAR- Native Animal Rescue center here in Malaga Perth. Would like to work for RSPCA, or similar organization.
Was a punk 15 yrs,(in 90s mostly) but *traditional skinhead before that in late 80s, currently skinhead again. *Non racist* , not into violence or extremism, or extremist politics right or left. No I don't like the Romper Stomper movie, I don't like white power bands either.Type *traditional skinhead into Wiki, its a long long story , but its all there. There are other good sources to read up on it too. The irony is the original skinheads were a mix of black - Jamaican and West Indian - white working class London youth that only got into early ska and reggae.
Sub culture is a huge part of my life, but not everything. I'm not a 100% stereotype. I don't dress skinhead 24-7, sometimes I prefer to dress down a little, I am proud of and love the subculture for most of its history style and music, but sometimes I just don't feel like being judged on the street by strangers for what I am not.If you want to know more , just message me.
