A Shimmering Light.
I stood up
I walked outside
Saw the noise
Was blinded by lights
There are you
Angelic as a whole
New found relic, worth so much more
You smiled and waved
I laughed jaded
The crack in my smile started to show
You placed your lips unto mine, I glow
From within and it all starts to crack
I release it all, with a single heart attack
Then suddenly a gasp of air
Thank god you are still there
I thought it was a dream
Harnessed illusions of my inner supporting beams
Thankfully they are not shattered
And as you smile, you suddenly say hi
As new found life, greeting old life, making life,
It’s all wonderful and new
