Hi, I'm Louey. I am a recently conformed hippy. I'm in a bit of a down time at the moment as I've come to the realization that I'll be spending at least another 3 or 4 years in England in order to get my zoology degree, instead of traveling the world as I'd like to be. I have a pretty miserable history leading up to the past 3 years, but life's pretty goodish right now and things are pretty stable for the future so things can only get better. I've got many passions in life but music, zoology and traveling have got to be the top 3, until recently I was also near-obsessive about tye-dye clothes, dreadlocks, art and weed as well. I still enjoy these things although I don't practice them as much as I used to. I play the guitar before anything else but I can also sing, play a little bass and keyboard and am currently teaching myself the cello. I have a huge range of music appreciation but generally sway towards the older classics with some of my favorite artists being: Paul Weller, Jimmy Hendrix, Amy Winehouse, Otis Redding, David Bowie, Mark Knopfler, Eva cassidy, Django Reinhardt, Lou Reed and some of my favorite groups being: the Beatles, Allman Brothers, Madness, Led Zeppelin, Talking Heads, Genesis, Gypsy Kings and Ian Dury and the Blockheads.
In recent times I have been working in the Bornean Jungle at an eco-camp where I was the manager and planned on getting married and settled down in the local village. Unfortunately, due to a few visa issues, I was deported and am not allowed to return there for a while so instead I'm here trying to readjust to "normal" life.
I'm quite a cynical person, finding it a sensible approach to many of life's problems but I'm also very cheerful and have a slightly cruel sense of humor which sometimes gets me in trouble. Something that I find really attractive in a woman are balls (couldn't resist it). As in not being squeamish, not being afraid of bugs and knowing how to swing a machete. I know that can be a tall order but the partner I'm looking for must be at least interested in traveling, preferably in tropical jungles or INDIA!
