I'm 5'1" and around 250lbs because I was in a major vehicle vs pedestrian accident in 2018. I ate a lot of ice cream and cheese for the benefit of the calcium to fortify my broken bones. I'm mostly healed now but I need to curb my appetite and get moving so I can be healthier.
