Bloodwyrd is a one-man black metal band founded by Noctulius in 2017. The name Bloodwyrd is a combination of "blood" as well as "wyrd", which an Anglo-Saxon concept corresponding to fate or personal destiny.
Bloodwyrd's debut album 'Through the Crimson Portal' was released in 2021 by Darker Than Black Records and has been described as a synthesis between melodic black metal and dungeon synth.
