My punk/metal youth still lingers and I can still rock and roll, burning the candle at both ends when necessary and I like nothing more than going to a gig, preferably at a small, intimate[loud] venue.
Love learning and love travelling, usually to visit museums and ancient Greek/Roman ruins and monuments by day and metal/dive bars by night.

Children grown up and moved away so I have no ties except for my work and my [part-time] postgraduate studies and while my musical tastes still largely revolve around bands from the 80s/90s, I'm happy to be educated in new bands.
